Founder and Chief Executive Officer
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Global Transportation, Maurice Brewster is responsible for Mosaic Global’s strategy for growth, public relations, profitability and the vision for the brand. Most recently, Maurice launched a Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiative for his organization. Mosaic Global Transportation was founded in January 2002 and remains a leader in the ground transportation industry.
Brewster brings to Mosaic Global more than forty five years of experience in business management, sales and brand management for some of the largest companies of the world. His broad executive management experience has spanned the chemistry, engineering, telecommunications, transportation, and marketing industries – targeting customers in mature and emerging markets. Brewster also volunteers his time and talents as a Mentor for Silicon Valley SCORE, African American Shakespeare Company, Greater California Livery Association, Minority Limousine Operators of America and Students Rising Above.
“Mo”, as he is known, holds a Business Degree from Lincoln University with advanced studies in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Stanford University Executive Education for Entrepreneurs. Mo is married to Rhonda Brewster and they have 5 brilliant & wonderful children.
Tiffany Hinton
MLOA President
Innovator, taste maker, leader, Tiffany Hinton. Raised internationally in a Military family, Tiffany considers herself a citizen of the world, making home wherever she resides. Prior to her current professional venture, Tiffany spent time as a professional entertainer, a well versed Corporate Law Professional, and the most challenging of them all, mother to four spirited and intelligent children. She is a Jill of all trades and continues to handle them all with diplomacy, grace, and agility.
Currently, Tiffany sits at the helm of Motev, as the Chief Administrative Officer, and right hand to the CEO, Robert Gaskill. In her role, Tiffany oversees the logistic and strategic advancement of the transportation industry’s newest quiet disruptor. With all that being said, Tiffany is never too busy to dig her hands deep into the day to day operations of the business, directly managing client relationships, overseeing employee engagement, and setting the bar daily on what Motev’s definition of service excellence means.
Travis D. Latham
MLOA First Vice President
Travis D. Latham is a rising star in the City of Chicago. Currently, he is the founder and President of Fellowship Fleet Limousine and Bus Company. Fellowship Fleet is a premier ground transportation company that provides livery services, nationally. In the past, he has also taught limousine driver protocol, taxi rules/regulations, and commercial transportation safety courses at Olive-Harvey College as an adjunct instructor.
Mr. Latham is a community leader and successful businessman. His passion for investing in his community is evidenced by his provision of affordable housing through real estate ventures and his participation in many community service organizations. He is an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and the 100 Black Men of Chicago. Further, he is a member of the Progressive Baptist Church of Chicago.
Mr. Latham is the current vice president/board member of Minority Limousine Operators of America (MLOA), current board member of the Chicago Minority Supplier Diversity Council (ChicagoMSDC), current board member of Chicago’s Minority Business Input Committee (MBEIC), past board member of the Illinois Limousine and Bus Association (ILLBA), and a member of the National Safety Council (NSC).
Another one of Mr. Latham’s passions is economic empowerment of the African American community and minority business development. He is dedicated to helping increase the number of African American owned and operated businesses in the Chicago
area as evidenced by his participation in the Black Wall Street initiative as a planning committeeman.
Travis is a graduate of Illinois State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science. He is a member of the National Limousine Association and Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA)
Winston W. Cooper
President /Vision One Consulting
Winston has been in the parking and transportation business over 30 years and has an accomplished career path in the parking and transportation industry and has held several executive leadership positions.
Winston has worked in both the private and public sector and has a good understanding of the dynamic nature of meeting the needs of customers and clients in each sector.
Over the past 7 years Winston have worked as both Corporate Director of Risk Management and a Corporate Director of Transportation, Today, Winston is the owner/president of Vision One Consulting Services where he works with small businesses to ensure their success.
His professional career includes working 22 years at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the past 7 years with Citizens Lanier Holdings/Reef Technology.
Winston has a master’s degree in public policy studies from Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University and an undergraduate degree in business from Lamar University.
Winston is a past member and is affiliated with several organizations to include: A Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives; past Board of Director for the Airport Ground Transportation Association; past Board of Director for the Leadership Clayton County Advisory Board; past Board of Director and Chairman for the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce; and past Board of Director for the South Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
Charlie Robertson
Client Executive
Charlie Robertson is a Risk Management Professional focused on the Transportation industry for Marsh & McLennan Agencies in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from the University of Georgia, he started working in Commercial Property and Casualty Underwriting for the Hartford, gaining valuable experience underwriting a wide variety of Commercial clients and the consulting on Risk Management plans. Charlie is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and is currently working to finish his Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP) designation.
In his spare time, Charlie and his wife Caroline, enjoy traveling and spending time with family. Charlie is an avid runner, sports fan, and has been a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters Metro Atlanta the last three years. His favorite part about working in Commercial Insurance is the relationships he’s developed while helping Business Owners solve complex problems
